Analysis of Milling Force and Surface Roughness in Milling Process

Abstract: In milling process, the milling force and surface roughness are the important index of machining stability and machining quality. The milling force and surface roughness are analyzed in milling process in this paper. Aluminum is the measured material, and it will be machined on the milling machine. Then, piezoelectric strain sensors is used to measure the milling force, and the surface roughness of machined surface is measured by stylus method. The measured datas are plotted the corresponding figures in the software MATLAB, and the figures are analyzed. The results are that the milling force is cyclical change and the surface roughness is 5.2 μm.

Vibration Analysis of Washing Machine Based on Labview

Abstract: With the development of economic and improvement of living standards, washing machine becomes one of the most commonly used appliance in the family. So, the performance and service life is directly related to the quality of people's lives. Thus, this paper uses the form of test to analyze the vibration signal of washing machine. Firstly, the eddy current sensor is installed at the position of near the washing machine, and the program of data acquisition is compiled in the software of Labview to collect the signal on the sensor. Then, the figures are plotted by using the measured data in the software of MATLAB. Finally, the phase difference and frequency of washing machine vibration signal are obtained by compared with Lissajou's figure. It provides the reference for the optimization design and manufacturing of washing machine.

Abstract: Compressed sensing is the birth of a new signal processing field in recent years a new signal processing theory, it broke through the Nyquist sampling theorem, use a small amount of sample values, obtaining high probability accurately reconstruct the original signal, avoid the redundancy of information, made in the field of signal processing with prominent advantages and broad application prospects. This paper details the basic theory of compressed sensing, mainly around the sparse representation of signals, the observation matrix and the signal reconstruction algorithm from three aspects to introduce basic compression perception, and signal reconstruction algorithm simulation of several typical comprehensive comparative analyses.

Research on Innovation of Archives Management Information System Based on Management Standardization

Abstract: The current era is a highly developed era of information technology. As the information resources of enterprises, enterprise archives play an important role in the development of enterprises. In order to realize the standardization and modernization of enterprise archives management, it is necessary to carry out innovative management to meet the needs of enterprise development. It enables enterprises to realize the functions of information management of safety standardization data, hierarchical browsing of different user groups, information release, etc. It also facilitates the communication between standardization appraisers and enterprises. The choice of standardization must be closely guided by technological innovation. Promote the transformation of independent scientific and technological achievements into technical standards. Establish a new standard system that is in line with international standards; form a strategic alliance to graft external research and development resources. Strengthen the government's promotion role.

Simulation of Dyspnea Caused by Inhaling Foreign Bodies in Respiratory Tract Based on CT Image

Abstract: Compared the function of the aerodynamics of respiratory system when treats imminently through the Heimlich Maneuver emergency procedure and a new first aid method “non-invasive shock” emergency procedure. Discussed how to reconstruct a three-dimensional surface image of the body’s respiratory system based on CT images, which includes the data processing, the algorithm selection, the key steps on simulation and the procedures on animal experiments.

Study on the influence of Plateau Environment on Equipment Support

Abstract: To research the supporting methods of equipment in plateau cold region, the battlefield environment in plateau cold region and influence of future warfare feature on equipment support were analyzed, according to which, characteristics of feature equipment support and existing problems were presented. At last, relevant supporting models and methods were proposed. And it may improve the support equipment ability and provide valuable reference to warfare support practice.
